What if the size I need for an exchange is out of stock?
Even if the size you need is currently out of stock, we may still be able to assist with an exchange. Please email daqiyishu@designeroginalbag.com with your order number and the size you are requesting.
How long does it take to process a request?
Return and exchange requests are processed within 5–7 business days after they are received.
What is your return policy?
All returned items must be new and unused.
Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Gift returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All exchange requests (excluding international orders) include a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift Returns
All gift returns must be submitted under the original order. Please provide the order number and the email address used for the order. Gift returns may be issued as store credit to the recipient or refunded to the original form of payment.
Holiday Return Policy
For eligible holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 17:
Items must be unused and unworn.
Items must be shipped or postmarked by January 16, 2026.
Purchases made after December 17 follow our standard 30-day return policy.

What shipping options do you offer?
Ground Shipping – Our standard shipping method. Orders are processed in the order received and shipped at the most competitive rate.
Expedited Ground Shipping – A premium option. Orders are prioritized for picking and packing, and we select the fastest available carrier option.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We ship Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET). Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Ground Shipping: 7–10 days
Expedited Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days

Gifts & Customization
Can I include a gift message?
We are unable to include personalized gift messages or notes. If you wish to include a card, we recommend shipping the order to your personal address first.
Do you offer engraving or embossing?
At this time, we do not offer monogramming, engraving, or embossing services.
Promotions & International Shipping
Promotion Policy
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to previous orders and may change at any time.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to the United States, Japan, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom via FedEx. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.
