Under U.S. consumer law, merchants are not required to provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrectly selected items. However, Designer Original Bags understands that unexpected situations can sometimes occur.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we are here to help.
You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your order to return full-priced items for store credit or an exchange.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must show no signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective (see details below).

- Store credit or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
At Designer Original Bags, we take great pride in our products and services. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, particularly during the production process. If this happens, please contact us and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
- If you receive an incorrect item (which is very rare), please contact us at daqiyishu@designeroginalbag.com, and we will arrange a free replacement promptly.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daqiyishu@designeroginalbag.com, and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
- If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at daqiyishu@designeroginalbag.com, and include your order number and photos showing the defect.
